Our uptime is extremely high. Most servers have been running without interruption for 1-2 years or more, if on rare occasion there is a perceived temporary it’s almost always due to an upstream provider or a routing issue out on the public internet.

We provide hosting support via email, phone and ticket system. In most cases you’ll see a response time leading quickly to a resolution within 10-60 minutes. Due to the automated and technical nature of hosting we’re a fairly small shop compared to the number of sites we host and the size/demand of our clientele so we do only provide hosting support where any design/development issues are outside the scope of support.

We do currently have a special that is applied automatically in the signup process, though it doesn’t sound like it will apply to this situation. When you sign up for a new site with a new domain registration the registration price is discounted 50% for as long as your account with us is active, but this does not apply to additional domains added to the account later.

Our hosting service is built with your standard LAMP (Linux, Apache MySQL, PHP) hosting environment in mind. We don’t include a bunch of tools or pre-packaged open source apps to take up space & cause security issues because in the end the type of customers we get are largely designers from many schools of thought with many preferences and they all have their own preferences and want their own custom sites anyway. At the same time we’re able to reallocate such time & money savings back to providing a better quality service on a faster & more reliable network at the same time. Compared to some hosting companies with large call centers, often full of people with scripts who don’t really know what they’re talking about, we have a small number of admins no only dedicated to taking care of the servers & network 24/7 but also to providing support so that we’re less likely to waste your time.
